Client & Location Information:
This well-established Medical Centre Pharmacy is located in Ipswich, just 40km west of Brisbane's city centre. Serving a loyal community, the pharmacy operates strictly Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm-no late nights or weekends required. You'll be joining a collaborative and friendly team in a professional, supportive environment.
Job Specification:
As the Team Pharmacist, you will work alongside the owner to oversee dispensary and back counter operations. Your day-to-day will include not just the dispensary and back counter, but also some staff supervision, stock ordering, and handling phone enquiries.
While the Pharmacist Owner currently leads areas such as DAA's, Medicinal Cannabis and Compounding, there's opportunity to become involved in these services if you're interested in expanding your skill set.
Whether you're newly registered or bring years of experience, this is a fantastic chance to work with a great team in a steady-paced, customer-focused environment.
Skills Required:
* AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist (newly registered welcome).
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Salary & Benefits:
* $50-$55/hr plus super (commensurate with experience).
