You will play a key role in the rollout and growth of new initiatives like Ruby's – an innovative early intervention accommodation program for young people at risk of homelessness.
This role partners closely with senior leaders and program managers to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed services while building strong local partnerships, increasing community impact, and leading a committed, values-aligned team.

Key Qualifications
* Proven track record in leading and growing diverse and complex service portfolios across youth, homelessness, mental health or similar
* Financial and people management expertise, and a strong understanding of quality and risk frameworks
* A collaborative and accountable leadership style – with the ability to influence, innovate and adapt
* A deep understanding of local needs, service integration, and strategic partnerships
