About the role:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across META, and help keep our digital channels fresh and engaging.
In this role you will:
* Build, manage and optimise META paid campaigns from brief to reporting.
* Monitor performance, create clear dashboards and turn data into practical recommendations.
* Support website and landing page updates to improve conversion and user experience.
* Work closely with third‑party agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and on brand.
* Help keep our digital content current, accurate and aligned with our brand.
About you:
You are a hands‑on digital marketer who enjoys testing, learning and making data‑led decisions.
You will ideally bring:
* Two or more years experience in a digital marketing role, with ownership of META paid campaigns end to end.
* Practical experience with Google Analytics and confidence interpreting performance data.
* Familiarity with CMS and CRM platforms, and a willingness to learn new tools.
* Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders at once.
* A proactive, customer‑first mindset, creative thinking and a practical approach to problem solving.
Experience in the building and construction industry is a bonus, not a must.
