About Us

We are a leading provider of high-value add bespoke logistics services and outsourced solutions for the medical and healthcare industry in Australia.

Our core business is time-sensitive transport of medical equipment leveraging route density between medical device companies and hospitals.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Manage a portfolio of accounts in the medical device industry, including relationship maintenance, new business opportunity identification, and sales target achievement
* Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of logistics services
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' businesses, including products, markets, and supply chain challenges
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity, developing strategies to maintain competitive advantage and build relationships with new clients
* Analyse supply chain processes and make recommendations to improve efficiency
* Provide operational and financial insights to stakeholders and support tenders, pricing, and presentations based on customer requirements

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management in logistics, transport, or supply chain management (medical device industry experience an asset)
* Demonstrated experience in B2B negotiations and client engagement
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities
* Understanding of revenue models, rate cards, P/L, cost-to-serve, and commercial analytics
* Demonstrated ability to effectively implement and manage contracts and/or agreements
