Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable with precision
- Oversee bank reconciliations and assist cash flow forecasting
- Process payroll across teams, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Ensure compliance with all tax obligations and coordinate tax submissions
- Contributing to continuous improvement in finance processes and controls
- Handle credit card reconciliations, audit support, insurance, and parent company reporting
Qualifications
- Proven accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or operations
- Proactive, independent, and effective communicator
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP B1 or One Stream
- Strong SAP (ideally SAP B1) and advanced Excel skills
- Comfortable with multi-currency banking and reconciliations
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and problem-solving
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business is a plus
