Our ideal candidate would:
* Have a Commercial Cookery Cert 3/4
* Have exceptional cooking skills and proven cooking experience
* Strong leadership skills in a large team
* Be experienced in production, food preparation and stock rotation
* Have experience in menu planning, costing and implementation
* Can a roster that will include days, evenings, weekends & public holidays.
You will also need to be able to demonstrate your:
* Ability to remain calm, patient and professional even when the pressure is on
* Passion for food, presentation and quality standards
* Sound knowledge of food safety standards and adhering to WHS requirements
* Proven experience managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff
