Our ideal candidate would:
- Have a Commercial Cookery Cert 3/4
- Have exceptional cooking skills and proven cooking experience
- Strong leadership skills in a large team
- Be experienced in production, food preparation and stock rotation
- Have experience in menu planning, costing and implementation
- Can a roster that will include days, evenings, weekends & public holidays.
You will also need to be able to demonstrate your:
- Ability to remain calm, patient and professional even when the pressure is on
- Passion for food, presentation and quality standards
- Sound knowledge of food safety standards and adhering to WHS requirements
- Proven experience managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff
