Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
This is a dynamic role where you will be working with a diverse range of clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
* Inbound and Outbound Calls: You will handle incoming calls from customers, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Additionally, you will make outgoing calls to customers to confirm orders and provide updates on the status of their requests.
* Order Processing: As a key member of our team, you will process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary details are captured and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
* Communication and Teamwork: You will maintain regular and effective communication with sales and production staff, escalating any customer issues that cannot be resolved to the appropriate department or manager.
