Account Executive, Small Business
Sales professionals are in high demand due to the increasing complexity of modern business operations. A successful sales executive will be able to leverage their expertise and skills to drive growth and revenue for our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and a strong consultative approach to customer service. They must also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously with excellent time management.
* B2B or B2C sales experience is essential, along with a minimum of 12 months sales experience.
* A friendly phone manner and high level of confidence are also required, as well as the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
* Perseverance, resilience and a desire to overcome objections are key traits for this role.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to generate appointments.
* Conduct outbound calls to cold leads to generate new business.
* Conduct online research on potential customers.
* Data entry into in-house/external systems and CRM.
* Overcome objections effectively and in a friendly manner.
* Complete screen share meetings and product demonstrations ensuring key performance indicators (KPI's) are met.
* Reach out to potential clients through such media channels as Facebook or LinkedIn.
Workplace Health and Safety Responsibilities:
* Keep your workplace safe, clean and tidy.
* Report all hazards, near misses, incidents and injuries to your Manager.
* Participate in workplace safety meetings if required.
* Participate in the development and review of safe procedures if required and comply with those procedures.
* Attend WHS training if requested and apply what is learnt in the workplace.
* Wear and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) when provided.
* Undertake rehabilitation and Return to Work program requirements, if injured.
