We are currently looking for a Personal Finance Operator to join us at in our Ringwood store in a Full time capacity.
About the role
You’ll provide a high level of customer service within our Personal Finance department
Complete all transactions in line with compliant practices (Regulative, legislative and operational)
Use your Personal Finance knowledge to assist customers in finding personal finance solutions
Proactively promote Personal Finance throughout the rest of the store to generate current business
Liaise with customers using the highest levels of respect, professionalism & diligence; and
Work towards achieving individual and store targets.
About you
You will understand the sales process and be passionate about meeting targets
Be able to build outstanding relationships and encourage repeat business with our loyal customer base
Ideally you will have a basic understanding of the personal finance industry and its principals
Be interested in Technology and have basic Microsoft suite skills; and
Have previous experience in a customer service role.
