You are the heartbeat of our Optus store. Together with the Store Manager, you'll orchestrate a symphony of excellence, amplifying customer delight and fuelling a performance surge in your team.
Your day to day...
* Lead, coach, mentor, develop & inspire a team of fabulous individuals empowering them to shine like the stars they are
* Ensure smooth daily operations of the store, creating a welcoming environment filled with positive energy
* Resolve customer inquiries with patience and professionalism, leaving them with a lasting positive impression
* Assist with onboarding new team members, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel
