About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you’ll provide geotechnical expertise to support mine designs, ground stability, and safe extraction methods. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with engineers, geologists, and operational teams to deliver practical solutions that support production and long-term mine planning.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct geotechnical inspections, data collection, and analysis.
Provide geotechnical input into stope and mine designs.
Manage and maintain ground support standards and QA/QC programs.
Support continuous improvement through monitoring, modelling, and reconciliation.
Contribute to safety leadership and compliance with company standards and legislation

About You
Degree in Geological or Geotechnical Engineering.
4–5 years’ experience, including at least 3 years underground.
Robust design and analytical skills, with proficiency in software such as Surpac or MineSight.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, safety-first approach.
