Trusted builder in the region. Work warm leads, lots of repeat business in investment driven areas, OTE - $200k+
- Office based in Glenside - 5 days per week (Mon-Fri)
- Strong inbound leads - should secure 50% of target minimum through these
- Generous base salary + lucrative commission structure

Our client is a respected residential builder with a strong footprint across the Mount Barker, Strathalbyn region known for quality single & double storey homes on greenfield sites and a warm, collaborative culture. They're seeking a relationship-driven New Homes Consultant to guide buyers from first enquiry through to contract.

What you'll be doing
Be the primary contact for clients from enquiry to contract signature
Qualify leads, book and run appointments, and convert opportunities
Work from a suite of established designs-tailoring and modifying to suit lifestyle and budget
Prepare quotes, manage CRM notes, and keep documentation accurate and up to date
Collaborate with estimating, drafting and construction to set builds up for success
Standard hours Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:00pm (weekend display work likely once a new home opens)
What you'll bring
Proven relationship builder who earns trust and follows through
Customer-first mindset with polished communication and presentation
Sales drive-goal-oriented with a record of converting leads to outcomes
Organised and detail-focused with strong admin/CRM discipline
Proactive and professional-comfortable taking ownership and working with autonomy
Recent homes or property sales experience is advantageous (not essential)
