Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee participant onboarding, service management, and ongoing support within the NDIS framework.
This role involves coordinating care services, supervising support staff, managing participant records, and maintaining compliance with NDIS standards.
You will work closely with participants, families, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centred service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate participant intake and service agreement development
* Manage NDIS bookings, participant records, and CRM data
* Supervise support staff and oversee day-to-day service delivery
* Conduct home visits to monitor wellbeing and compliance
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure coordinated care
* Maintain documentation, safeguard practices, and medication protocols
* Support behaviour plans, incident reporting, and plan reviews
* Drive service quality, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
* Degree or similar qualification
* Strong knowledge of NDIS standards and person-centred practice
* Proven experience in disability services and team leadership
* Excellent communication, administrative, and problem-solving skills
