About the role
As Submissions Manager, you will lead the development of compelling EOIs, tenders, and award submissions that tell our story clearly and credibly, ensuring our teams put their best foot forward with every client. You will collaborate closely with bid managers, technical experts, and leaders across the business, setting the standard for quality, consistency, and compliance while mentoring others and strengthening our national submissions capability.
Responsibilities
* Managing end-to-end submissions, EOIs, and non-price criteria
* Coordinating inputs from technical, commercial, and leadership teams
* Managing multiple external stakeholders on complex bids such as designers, JV partners, and consultants
* Writing, editing, and refining content to meet client requirements
* Leading kick‐off meetings, reviews, and submission processes
* Mentoring junior team members and supporting capability uplift
Qualifications
* Extensive experience delivering construction submissions or tenders
* Strong writing, editing, and content‐strategy capability
* Advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines without losing attention to detail
* Confident communicator who works well across diverse stakeholders
