Our client is seeking a hands-on, senior HR Change Project Manager to lead the operational delivery of a major organisational restructure within a high-profile NSW Government cultural institution. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, including the CEO, and drive impactful, end-to-end business change aligned with government policy and strategy. Start Date: ASAP End Date: 6 months Pay Rate: $600 - $1,125 Location: McKell – 3-4 days per week 1 WFH Pre Employment Checks: 2 x references, police check Key Responsibilities: - Working closely with the CEO, develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan to support the reorganisation. - Translate strategic decisions into operational action, ensuring business continuity. - Embed new structures, roles and reporting lines in line with change management policies - - Provide expert advice on change impacts, workforce transition and communication strategies. - Monitor and report on progress, risks and outcomes. Mandatory experience: Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle change management projects in the NSW Government sector Deep understanding of NSW Government change frameworks, policies, and industrial relations Strong stakeholder management skills, with the gravitas to advise and influence at CEO and executive levels Proven ability to manage confidential restructuring programs with clarity and precision Experience using SAP and translating data insights into compelling change narratives.
