As a Residential Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational and clinical support across a medium-sized residential aged care facility.
Main Responsibilities
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality person-centred care to residents
* Maximise revenue by meeting occupancy levels and maintaining accreditation standards
You will work closely with your clinical lead and report to the Regional Manager.
Daily Operations
Your key duties will include:
* Day-to-day operations and management of the service
* Ensuring occupancy levels are met and maintained through community engagement
* Finance and HR management, including budgeting and staff development
* Motivating and training team members to achieve quality indicators and accreditation standards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* AHPRA Registered Nurse registration with previous leadership experience
* Staff mentorship and development experience
* Up-to-date knowledge of achieving accreditation standards and identifying areas for improvement
* Budget and finance management experience
