Job Description
This role works with Mental Health and Guardianship teams, the National Disability Insurance Scheme team, and provides administrative support to Legal Practitioners.

* Coordinate secretarial functions for Legal Practitioners to ensure best practice delivery of services to clients.
* Be the first point of contact between Legal Practitioners and clients, receive mail and telephone calls on behalf of TLA's legal practice.
* Provide administrative support including maintenance of Legal Practitioners' files, electronic lodgement of application forms, diary management, and production of confidential documents using a range of computer software.
Required Skills and Qualifications
At the direction of the regional Civil Law Manager, perform such other secretarial or administrative functions in appropriate areas as required.
