Reporting to the Directors and/or Project Managers, the Site Supervisor is responsible for the planning and coordination of any given project/s site matters, ensuring the delivery of the required client brief and project outcomes - in support of the Project Managers.
Playing a key role, the Site Supervisor will ensure that the project deliverables meet the required standard of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost, and in alignment with both customer expectations, contractual commitments, and Project Managers directions.

General - Supervise and manage the project cycle, including implementation of project plans, identifying,
and coordinating resources, managing budgets, and meeting reporting requirements to ensure projectoutcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards, and within agreed scope.
- General - Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and effective management to ensure the achievement of project deliverables. Oversee & coordinate all aspects of construction projects in each stage throughout completion.
- Quality - Supervision, coordination, and management of trade subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and control systems are implemented and monitored.
- Safety - Implement WHS management to maintain a high standard of safe working practices and conditions at all times. Project Specific Management Plans - Demonstrate a strong knowledge of all safety requirements - inclusive of SWMS implementation and management, and personnel welfare.
- Procurement & Resourcing - Supervise the distribution of resources to assure that materials and contractors are where they need to be. Maintaining the file of labour and materials cost information ensuring that the projects meet certain progress benchmarks, budgets & deadlines. Coordinate suppliers' deliveries during construction and maintain clean safe work areas and amenities.
- Time management - Coordinates with the team and trades to reinforce proper time management, especially in fulfilling project goals and overall building progress. Coordinating daily toolbox talks and site diaries when required. Assist and support project team members in completing the project management plan including risks, scope, size, and timelines.
- Cost management - Coordinate budget and/or cost variations when they arise during the project and communicate and coordinate relevant information with the project manager, assisting with client approvals as/when required.
- Project Initiation & Finalisation - Understand impact on margins of either under-servicing or over
- servicing a client. On project initiation, assist with site mobilisation activities to ensure site is set-up in an efficient safe manner. During the lifecycle of a project, maintain contractor and consultants' compliance records and certificates. On Project Completion perform handover inspections, defects listing and rectifications. Assist Project Manager with collating relevant completion certificates
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
