Your primary focus will be on monitoring transactions, examining efficiency and security, and making recommendations to optimise payment strategies. You will also collaborate with internal and external teams to improve deposit and withdrawal experiences, troubleshoot technical issues, and suggest improvements to streamline payment processes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with experience in evaluating payment conversion rates and costs. They will also have a dynamic ability to adapt within a fast-paced working environment, critical thinking/problem-solving capabilities, high-level communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Transaction Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve payment-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to customers.
* Payment Journey Optimisation: Improve deposit and withdrawal experience and performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and suggest improvements to streamline payment processes.
* Support Services: Provide expert assistance to customer support and payment support regarding payment issues.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Track payment trends, monitor transaction data for anomalies, and generate reports to help optimise payment strategies.
* Vendor Management: Liaise with third-party payment processors and service providers to resolve issues and ensure high deposit and withdrawal acceptance rates.
* Process Improvement: Continuously assess and implement process improvements to improve payment processing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
