About the Role
* As the Gaming Manager, you'll support and assist the Management Team in the day-to-day operations of the venue, with a strong focus on:
* Delivering an exceptional customer experience
* Fostering a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture
* Managing all aspects of Gaming Room operations, including compliance, promotions, and gaming machine performance
* Leading, training, and developing your team to achieve strong results
* Ensuring all regulatory and responsible gaming requirements are met
About You
* Previous experience in a similar gaming or hospitality leadership role is preferred, but not essential
* You hold a current RSA and RSG (or are willing to obtain them)
* You're passionate about hospitality, people, and creating memorable guest experiences
* You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy being hands-on
* You lead by example and bring a positive, can-do attitude to your team
