Working within the **Systems & Support Department**, this role would manage and facilitate the efficient delivery of spare parts, equipment and a broad range of services to new and existing clients all over the world at an agreed cost and high standard, whilst supporting all the Systems and Support business activities.
**Key objectives & responsibilities include**:
- Drive repeat sales with existing customers as well as grow the client portfolio
- Meet HSEQ annual targets and complete scheduled Safety Audits
- Create and maintain risk registers and communicate known risks and lessons learnt with the team
- Manage stakeholder communications, Requests for Quotations, Equipment Requisitions and clients inquires
- Manage requirements and deliverables and provide adequate support to deliver the agreed output in the most cost effective and timely manner for the benefit of all stakeholders
- Produce, source and maintain company records to provide accurate progress and reporting
- Forecast and adjust cost estimates, directly or indirectly, via project and finance reporting
- Assist with Continuous Improvement Strategies
- Ad-hoc administrative support as and when required
**Desirable Skills / Experience / Attributes**:
- Hold Australian Citizenship and be eligible to obtain a Governemnt Baseline Security Clearance
- Experience working in a sales or administration support role
- Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- An intermediate level of IT literacy, including the MS Office Suite is essential
- Customer service experience with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Possess strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise work and work to deadlines
