Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Providing excellent customer service
* Full restaurant service with the occasional dinner events, catering and private functions
* Employing and training new staffs
* Scheduling and wage targets
* Managing and supervising staffs
* Liaising with suppliers
* Help improve performance and productivity
* Comply with health regulations
* Assist in marketing, promotion and advertising strategies and campaigns
* Assist chefs to develop new seasonal menus and drink menus
* Monitor restaurant performance and report to various stakeholders
