Key responsibilities include:
Leading and developing the administrative team
Managing day-to-day practice operations and workflows
Providing exceptional patient care experiences
Ensuring billing and account management compliance
Managing patient records and ensuring their accuracy
About You
Strong leadership and communication skills
Previous experience in healthcare administration, preferably in imaging clinics and in a leadership role
Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Experience with practice management software and systems
A customer-focused and empathetic approach
Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot on a regular basis
