Main Accountabilities:

* Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, collaborating with the front-of-house team.
* Monitor key performance indicators and report on results to stakeholders.
* Manage reservations, events, and functions to drive growth and satisfaction.

This is a full-time position supported by a small team, working trading days from Tuesday to Sunday. The manager will work until service has finished and close-down is complete.
