We are currently looking for a full-time **Glazier** to join our team.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
Measure, cut, and install glass panels, windows, doors, and other glass products according to specifications and building codes.
Use hand tools, glass cutters, and automated equipment to cut and shape glass to required dimensions and designs.
Install and repair glass components, including window frames, hinges, and handles.
Smooth and polish glass edges using abrasives or grinding wheels to ensure safe handling and aesthetic appeal.
Read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine appropriate glass sizes, types, and installation methods.
Replace broken or damaged glass in windows, doors, or other structures, ensuring proper sealing and alignment.
**Work Experience and Skills**:
- Proven work experience as a Glazier or similar role.
- Trade qualification as a glazier or relevant work experience in the field.
Proficiency in measuring, cutting, and shaping glass using hand tools and automated equipment.
Understanding of building codes and safety regulations related to glass installation.
Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders accurately.
Robust attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
**Salary package**: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
