Our client is one of Australia's leading suppliers of Inks and Coatings. They are currently seeking a Factory Operative/Technician to work in their Perth factory.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for the right person to learn the technical side of ink production including:
* Measuring, monitoring and analysing manufacturing processes.
* Ensuring all products conform to specification, by providing an effective quality control and colour matching service.
The Main duties of this role will include:
* The manufacture and blend of inks in accordance with the production schedule.
* Ensure conformance to product specification through correct raw material selection, weighing, milling, mixing and potting.
* To assist in the receiving and despatch of goods the ideal candidate will possess demonstrated knowledge and experience within factory operations and production methods.
The successful candidate should also have:
* The ability to operate milling, stirring and batch weighing equipment
* Current Forklift licence
