We're partnering with a leading global IT consulting firm to find a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect to lead the sales, solution design, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
This is a senior, client-facing role where you'll shape end-to-end architectures across Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service, and Copilot, while guiding teams and driving successful digital transformation outcomes.
The Role Presales & Sales Leadership
* Lead discovery workshops, solution envisioning, and estimation
* Develop architectures, demos, and proof-of-concepts
* Contribute to proposals, SOWs, and client presentations
* Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle
Solution Architecture & Delivery
* Design scalable, end-to-end D365 CE and Power Platform solutions
* Provide architectural governance and ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices
* Oversee integrations, data migration, and customisation
* Mentor delivery teams and ensure high-quality implementation
Stakeholder Engagement
* Build strong client relationships and influence key stakeholders
* Translate business needs into technical solutions
* Guide organisations through digital transformation initiatives
What You Bring
* 5+ years' experience architecting and delivering D365 CE solutions
* Deep expertise across Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service
* Strong presales experience and client-facing communication skills
* Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages)
* Knowledge of Azure integrations and enterprise solution design
* Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex environments
