Our client is looking for a proactive Business Manager to join their team, where you'll use your strengths in data to drive insight and make a real impact.
What you'll be doing:
* Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual reporting across the business
* Turn complex data into clear and actionable insights
* Act as a key point of contact for you client
* Oversee risk and compliance
* Proactively identify opportunities to reduce risk and drive continuous improvement
* Support financial deliverables, including reviews, reconciliations and reporting
* Support audits various business operations
What you'll need:
* Strong attention to detail and able to extract salient information to drive performance and insight
* Previous experience with data analytics and report writing
* Proficient with Power BI & Tableau
* Strong communication skills
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Economics or related field
* 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate, property management or related industry
* 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or financial analysis
