Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead our technical team and play a key role in critical infrastructure projects. As a seasoned professional, you will bring strong leadership experience in technical operations, combined with excellent customer service and project management expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven leadership experience in technical operations with at least 5 years' experience in IT technical operations, including 3+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
* Strong knowledge of networking and related technologies combined with a customer-first approach to IT support.
* Hands-on experience managing ITIL-based service operations, including incident, problem, and change management.
* Demonstrated HR and people management skills, including team development, conflict resolution, delegation, and performance oversight.
