Role Overview:
We are looking for a Field Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives and help strengthen Total Shape's brand presence. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and capable of executing campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
* Collaborate with sales and digital marketing teams to align strategies.
* Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports on results.
* Assist in organizing virtual and community engagement events.
