We are inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a talent pool of Education‐Focused academics who may be considered for future education‐focused opportunities as they arise.
These roles are designed for academics who are passionate about student‐centred teaching, demonstrate excellence in education, and bring an innovative approach to learning design.
We seek those who can demonstrate depth across Deakin Business School discipline areas including:
* Accounting and Financial Planning
* Finance, Property & Real Estate
* Management, Human Resource Management, Employment Relations, and Organisational Behaviour
* Marketing
* Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, and Business Analytics
* Sport Management
* Economics
We particularly seek EOIs from those willing to teach across the Melbourne, Burwood, and Geelong, Waterfront campuses.
About The Education‐Focused Academic Role
Education‐Focused Academic positions provide a rewarding and impactful pathway for academics whose experience, passion and strengths lie in:
* Providing strategic leadership in curriculum design, innovation, and continuous improvement across units, courses, and disciplines, integrating industry, clinical, and research practices.
* Delivering and championing learner‐centred, research‐informed teaching across multiple modes, driving innovation to enhance student engagement and success.
* Designing and implementing inclusive, accessible, and collaborative learning experiences that connect learners, educators, and the broader community.
