Chandler Macleod is looking for an Operational Excellence Manager to lift delivery performance across a large, complex MSP environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving how things work, bringing structure to operations, and using data to drive better outcomes. You'll lead specialist operational teams and play a key role in ensuring delivery is consistent, compliant, and scalable.
About the role
In this role, you'll focus on strengthening operational maturity across mobilisation, onboarding, medical, compliance, and workforce support functions. You'll work closely with delivery and client‐facing teams to ensure strong performance against service levels and a smooth end‐to‐end experience.
Key areas of focus include:
* Embedding clear, standardised operational processes
* Driving performance against KPIs and service levels
* Improving data quality, reporting confidence, and audit readiness
* Leading and supporting operational teams with clear accountability
* Using dashboards and insights to identify risks and improvement opportunities
* Partnering with delivery leaders to improve end‐to‐end efficiency
About you
* Experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or service delivery roles
* Strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach
* Confidence working with performance metrics, reporting, and operational data
* Ability to lead teams and influence outcomes in complex environments
* Experience in MSP, RPO, or large‐scale service environments is highly regarded
