Are you an experienced Blast & Paint professional ready to step into a leadership role? Freyssinet Australia is seeking a skilled Supervisor/Foreman to oversee our blasting and painting operations on the beautiful Gold Coast.

The Role:
As a Blast & Paint Supervisor/Foreman, you will:
* Lead and manage on-site blasting and painting teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
* Plan and coordinate daily site activities, including materials and equipment.
* Collaborate with project managers and team members to achieve project goals.
* Troubleshoot challenges and maintain project timelines.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in blasting and painting operations, with a focus on industrial or infrastructure projects.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams.
* A commitment to workplace safety and quality assurance.
* Relevant trade qualifications or industry certifications (e.g., abrasive blasting and industrial coatings).
* Flexibility to adapt to project needs and occasional travel if required.
