**THE ROLE**
Managing a team of 4, you will provide a remarkable end-to-end experience to VIP guests as well as personally liaising with dignitaries including Royalty. The department is responsible for assisting in packing & unpacking and liaising with concierge for guests' schedules. Working across all departments to ensure that all VIP guest needs and requirements are met.

- Proven experience as a Butler in a Luxury Hotel or private residence
- Previous exposure to the VIP service industry
- Extensive customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage service
- Exceptional time management skills
- Self-motivated, professional, with a strong attention to detail
