Lead a diverse and meaningful portfolio of programs, including Therapy, Behaviour Support, Family Intervention Services, Community Aged Care, and more. Drive service quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
A key aspect of this role is steering a talented multi-disciplinary team to deliver person-centered services that are truly life-changing. The ideal candidate will have strong operational management skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to excellence across various service areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, budgeting, team development, and service innovation. They will also oversee recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with relevant standards and develop strategic plans, budgets, and marketing initiatives.
