Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the field of mental health
* Possess a qualification in Mental Health or be currently enrolled in an approved mental health course
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of mental health conditions and evidence-based interventions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team
* Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and advocating for the rights and well-being of individuals with mental health needs
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Demonstrated experience in community-based mental health services or a similar setting
