Quality Support Officer - Aged Care - Brisbane (HYBRID) Are you an experienced Residential Aged Care professional with a strong understanding of the Aged Care Standards? Do you enjoy working behind the scenes to strengthen quality, compliance, and continuous improvement? We are seeking a Quality Support Coordinator to join a respected Not-for-Profit aged care provider in Brisbane. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Quality Manager, offering a genuine opportunity to shape and strengthen quality systems. Overview Newly created role Reporting to the Quality Manager No direct reports NFP provider Salary $90-$100k super salary packaging Role will entail 3 days per week on site and 2 days WFH once settled in the role Mon- Fri – usual business hours Family-friendly flexibility to accommodate school drop offs Option for part time - 4 days per week Open to experienced Aged Care RN's / EEN's Key Responsibilities Support accreditation preparation Assist in maintaining compliance with current Aged Care Quality Standards Contribute to audits, internal reviews and quality reporting Develop and maintain policies, procedure and documentation Prepare written reports and compliance documentation Support and help implement continuous improvement initiatives Identify opportunities to strengthen systems, including exploring risk management frameworks suitable for a small organisation About You Current AHPRA registration as an RN or EEN Solid experience in Residential Aged Care Strong working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and understanding of the new standards framework Demonstrated experience in Quality and Compliance Experience assisting with accreditation preparation Strong written communication skills, with experience preparing reports and quality documentation The ability to work independently and proactively in a small, close-knit organisation Quality role are highly sought after at the moment so if you're interested please APPLY NOW and we will be in touch with suitable candidates ASAP.
