About the Role
Join a large federal government ICT environment supporting critical infrastructure. Sitting within the Infrastructure Platforms team, this role is responsible for enterprise storage, data platforms, and core services across a complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, deploy and manage enterprise storage systems including HPE 3PAR, Primera and Alletra
* Configure and support SAN environments and Brocade Fabric Switches
* Optimise performance across physical and virtual platforms
* Support and manage backup and recovery using Veeam Backup & Replication and Dell Data Domain
* Produce high-quality design, build and operational documentation
* Contribute to the evolution of storage platforms, including technologies such as NetApp E-Series, SANnav and Scality Artesca
* Mentor junior team members and share knowledge
* Participate in an after-hours on-call roster
About You
* Strong experience in enterprise storage within large, complex ICT environments
* Proven expertise across storage platforms such as HPE 3PAR / Primera / Alletra, NetApp E-Series or Dell Data Domain
* Experience with SAN technologies (Brocade, SANnav)
* Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning capability
* Experience creating clear technical documentation
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
