About Ausecology
Ausecology is a specialist ecology, rehabilitation and environmental consultancy delivering efficient, practical and high-quality outcomes for clients across development, infrastructure, government, not-for-profit, resources and renewable energy sectors. As one of the few consultancies offering a full end‐to‐end suite of ecological and biodiversity offsetting services, we support projects from initial feasibility, impact assessment and approvals through to on‐ground management and monitoring—ensuring environmental compliance with maximum efficiency while protecting Australia's unique natural resources.
Our multidisciplinary team includes experts in ecology, botany, fauna handling, bushland restoration, GIS, mine rehabilitation, environmental approvals and ecological planning. We work on diverse projects at all scales for major infrastructure and threatened flora translocations, to large‐scale restoration programs and the development of innovative offset property solutions—creating meaningful conservation outcomes across Australia.
Along with our parent company Niche, we're a team of over 200 people across the east coast of Australia. We're not just a great place to work — we're a connected and inclusive community of talented thinkers and doers who are constantly innovating, learning, and striving to excel in everything they do.
