Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed presentations, showcasing the features, amenities, and value of luxury estates.
- Negotiate property sales on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable outcomes while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and luxury property insights.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Utilize social media, networking events, and high-end marketing materials to promote properties and build a personal brand in the luxury real estate market.
- Coordinate and manage all paperwork involved in the buying and selling process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Requirements:
