Job Overview
The Strategic HR Advisor plays a pivotal role in providing expert guidance to the business, overseeing employee relationships, contributing to compensation and benefits initiatives, and enhancing workplace health and safety practices.
* Takes ownership of complex employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, performance management, grievances, and investigations, while advising leaders on fair and compliant employment practices.
* Enhances OHS/WHS capabilities by improving policies, developing training content, ensuring compliance, and bridging knowledge gaps.
* Drives annual remuneration benchmarking and performance review processes to ensure fairness, pay parity, and market competitiveness.
* Builts trusted relationships with leaders to provide pragmatic, risk-aware HR advice that balances commercial needs, compliance, and best practice.
This role requires extensive experience managing complex ER/IR cases, strong knowledge of employment law in the APAC region, and ability to apply it pragmatically. The ideal candidate will also have experience in fast-moving, complex organisations, particularly those in a growth or transformation phase.
