As a leader in retail, you'll shape memorable customer experiences and connect with your community's key moments.


About The Role

You'll work closely with the Store Manager to maintain a fantastic store environment and build an awesome team. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and delivering friendly service that creates unforgettable moments for customers nationwide.


About You And Your Skills

* You have experience working in fast-paced retail, hospitality or customer-facing environments and are eager to learn about our products and grow with us.
* You're social, enjoy chatting with people, and are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* You excel at administrative tasks such as payroll, rostering, managing liquor inventory, and ensuring everything remains well-organized and visually appealing in the store.
* You're motivated by hitting store goals and boosting sales.
* You hold an RSA certification or are willing to obtain one if needed.
