Responsibilities
- Manage marketing strategy, branding, and corporate communications to deliver a qualified and unified corporate image
- Prepare sales proposal templates / service offerings to be used for prospective clients and stakeholders to support business growth
- Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen administrative and strategic capacity to expand and deliver services
- Lead the development and implementation of new sales systems, programs, and processes across the business
- Develop new business through the preparation of tenders, proposals, and service presentations to key clients and potential clients
- Represent Strata Living BCM and Urbanscape at business meetings and industry networking opportunities
- Assess and refine parameters for service offerings based on sales performance and refine strategy accordingly
- Monitor overall performance of sales strategy and measure against sales targets/ budgets
- Prepare client reports on compliance, service outcomes, sales growth, contract performance
- Maintain positive client relationships with key clients through professional, reliable communication and oversight of service delivery by all staff
- Serve as StrataLiving BCM and Urbanscape’s primary representative, building professional networks with strata managers, real estate agents, and other corporate clients
- Review financial performance against established sales targets
- Prepare and present end-of-month and management reports for Directors
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
- HR management functions for required staff, monitor performance and recruitment of additional staff where required
- Ensure service delivery complies with regulatory standards and contractual obligations, including those held with SLBCM

Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level qualification in business / marketing
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales / marketing management experience
- Some experience / knowledge of property maintenance industry is desirable
- Ability to communicate complex situations to lay people, so that the right outcome is achieved
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to think strategically
- Demonstrate project/schedule management skills with multitasking ability and capacity to prioritise in fluid situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure

The business is embarking on a significant expansion phase including a property services arm within the business group to enhance our overall service offering. The role of the Sales & Marketing Manager will to be develop both our existing body corporate management services arm and to integrate and develop the new facilities management side of the business with existing and new clients. We are seeking a sales / marketing professional ideally with some exposure / knowledge of property management services to develop and implement the business expansion strategy.
