The Role:
As a Registered Nurse - Night Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional resident care aligned with national best practice standards. You will lead and mentor a team, oversee clinical care, and ensure compliance with aged care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality, person-centered clinical care
* Lead, mentor, and support Enrolled Nurses and Carers
* Collaborate with medical and allied health teams for optimal resident outcomes
* Manage and update care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance
* Drive quality improvement and maintain accreditation standards

* Support staff development through training and mentorship
* Oversee safe medication administration and adherence to best practices
* Contribute to risk management, workplace safety, and emergency procedures
What We're Looking For:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Full Working Rights in Australia
* Strong clinical decision-making and leadership skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
