The product portfolio is highly versatile, and they are known for their high quality designs for loading camping equipment, bikes or easily moving around tools.
**About the Role**
Reporting into the Global Head of Marketing & Digital, the APAC Trade Marketing Manager will play a critical role in sales growth and driving customer engagement through their retail partners across ANZ. You will be building relationships with retailers to improve store representation and strengthen the brand. You will be responsible for creating a strategic annual marketing plan including trade show representation, sales toolkits, and other marketing materials. You will also have input in how retailers can drive digital strategy and trafic to their websites, contributing to online conversions.
**About You**
To succeed in this role, you must have in depth Trade Marketing experience and be capable of hitting the ground running in a retail focussed role. A background in the automotive industry or similar will be beneficial and highly regarded, otherwise a genuine interest in the space and outdoors activities. You must have experience in shopper marketing including point-of-sale materials and in-store activations as well as trade show experience and brand marketing experience is favourable. You will also need to understand the digital landscape and be able to advise retailers on their strategies. You will need to have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to be able to lead projects across the business.
