Within our Retirement Solutions business, you’ll play a critical role shaping long‑term client partnerships, leading complex delivery outcomes, and influencing strategic direction for major superannuation funds. This is a senior, client‑facing role suited to an experienced superannuation professional who thrives on relationship ownership, strategic engagement, and end‑to‑end delivery accountability. About the role As Client Delivery Manager, you will own the relationship for a portfolio of institutional superannuation clients, acting as the senior point of contact and escalation. You will partner closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives, translate these into delivery plans, and ensure MUFG RS consistently meets — and exceeds — contractual, operational, and regulatory expectations. Relationship management and project delivery sit at the heart of this role, with regular engagement at trustee, board, and executive level. Key responsibilities Own and manage end‑to‑end relationships for a portfolio of superannuation or institutional clients, acting as the trusted senior partner Serve as the primary escalation point for service issues, delivery risks, and key incidents Lead and oversee complex client‑driven initiatives and strategic projects, ensuring outcomes align to agreed timelines, scope, and quality Partner with clients to understand strategic objectives and align internal delivery, change initiatives, and service models accordingly Represent MUFG RS in client forums including boards, sub‑committees, and senior governance meetings Ensure services are delivered in line with SLAs, regulatory requirements, and governance frameworks Collaborate closely with Client Delivery Executives, Client Support Managers, and operational teams to deliver a seamless client experience Drive continuous improvement opportunities across service delivery, reporting, and client engagement About you You are an established superannuation professional with a strong track record managing complex client relationships and delivering large‑scale initiatives in regulated environments.
