Tahbilk's cellar door team are looking for a passionate and energetic person to join the established and friendly team. The position is casual with the requirement to be able to works weekends.
Position overview:
As part of your role as a casual cellar door host you will embody the Tahbilk customer journey; providing Tahbilk's level of customer service, from the moment a customer walks through cellar door to when they leave the estate. In addition you will actively recruit cellar door guests to the wine club on the estate. The role will include in depth and ongoing onsite training in all things Tahbilk Estate.
We are looking for someone with the following attributes:
· To conduct all aspects of the role in a professional, accurate, friendly and timely manner.
· Maintain effective communication with all departments around the estate.
· Physically strong and ready to take on any tasks.
· Familiar with POS systems and proficient IT skills.
· Showcase a commitment to the brand pillars of Tahbilk; quality, family, legacy and sustainability
· Ability to work within a team and build effective relationships.
