* Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients.

* Monitor and analyse account performance, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitability.
* Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities within the retail industry.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all account activities.
Profile
* Proven experience in account management within the FMCG industry.
* A strong background in sales and client relationship management.
* Experience managing key accounts, including Coles and Woolworths.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to develop and implement strategic account plans.
* Strong analytical skills to monitor performance and identify opportunities.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
* A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
* A tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
