**Your new company**
Your new organisation is a market-leading manufacturer & distributor in the automotive industry. With 400+ employees across their ANZ business and a head office in Melbourne's south-east, this high-performing organisation has an established and diverse customer base and have plans to further expand in the coming years.
**Your new role**
To support the continued success of the organisation, this position will see you work closely with the HR Manager in all areas of the employee lifecycle, as well as provide payroll support as required. Your role will include:
- Recruitment coordination, including advertising, screening, coordinating interviews, background checks, contract preparation etc.
- HR Administration and management and upkeep of employee records
- HR and Payroll reporting
- Backup payroll support (approx. 20% of the role)
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this position, you must have previous experience in managing end-to-end payroll as well as exposure to HR-related activities. You will have strong attention to detail and be enthusiastic to grow your HR career, which you'll demonstrate through taking initiative, asking questions and be willing to get involved in HR projects. Experience using MicroPay is advantageous.
