You will play a key role in supporting our clients by providing hands-on repairs and troubleshooting for a wide range of IT hardware.
This includes computers, printers, mobile devices, and networking equipment.
The role involves travel to client sites using acompany-provided vehicle, with all tolls covered.

You'll be responsible for responding to service requests, diagnosing and repairing IT hardware, and maintaining accurate records of completed work.
Your day may include visiting client sites, providing on-site technical support, configuring or upgrading equipment, and resolving faults efficiently and professionally.
